The United Church of Canada is well known for it's willingness to speak to justice and equality for all people.

We believe that all people are made in the image of God and that everyone should be welcomed and treated with respect as members of God's family.

We believe that it is important to live our faith in our communities...that our faith is nurtured, but not contained, within one building. You will find members of the United Church involved in community activities such as the Food Bank, volunteering at the Oyen Continuing Care facilities, baking (we're really good at that)  for fundraising events, offering hospitality at Soup and Sandwich lunches and Fall Suppers, Lions Club, Night In Bethlehem (a community live presentation of the Christmas Story)
