This year, All Saints Day, falls on a Sunday. This is a day when we are invited to consider who our saints are... the folk who inspire us, who show us how to make their living reflect the love of God, who give for others, who speak up for others.
In his letter to the faithful in Corinth, Paul said that those who follow Jesus are the saints of God. In the Beatitudes we read today, Jesus tells us to be the blessings in the world that look after others.
