This Christmas season the four churches that form the Pioneer Pastoral Charge and Big Country United Church Cluster, prepared a Christmas tree display.

Trees are another way that we tell the story of bringing the Christmas story alive from God's gift to our world.

Each church made one tree that would be part of the Advent themes of Hope, Peace, Joy and Love. The display is grounded at the center with the White and Gold tree of God's colours.

Other trees grew... we have a Heritage Tree with ornaments from 4 generations, A Santa Claus Tree, A community Tree, a Scottish Tree, trees with rich colours of purple and blue... Advent Colours.

We also have a display of nativity scenes...

The display keeps changing as folk continue to add things to their trees.

The trees light up each night between 4 p.m. and 9 p.m. You are welcome to come in and see them, or simply sit in the glow of the lights and take a moment to find quiet in the busy Advent season.

Merry Christmas !
